Three vehicles have been involved in a crash at Red Lodge shortly after reports to police that a car had been spotted driving the wrong way down the A11.

Officers were called just before 10.55pm on Saturday 11th September to reports of a vehicle seen travelling in the wrong direction on the northbound carriageway.

Around five minutes later, officers received reports of a crash involving three vehicles down the northbound carriageway.

Shortly after that, officers found the vehicle going the wrong way.

Police say no one suffered any serious injuries but all three vehicles had to be recovered.

Anyone who saw a red Toyota Auris travelling the wrong way along the northbound carriageway between 10.30pm and 11.20pm on Saturday is asked to contact police.
