Teenager bitten by dog in Ipswich

Police are appealing for help to find the owner.

A 17 year-old male was skateboarding on Fore Street at around 7pm on Wednesday 24th March when a dog jumped up and bit him on the hand, drawing blood.

The dog's described as a Border Collie and was on a lead.

Police say the woman walking the dog is described as five foot seven inches tall, was wearing a green coat, jogger bottoms, and aged in her late 40's or early 50's.

Anyone who knows the owner of the dog is asked to call Suffolk Police quoting crime reference 37/14844/21.
