Marc Prime is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the terms of his licence.
He is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall (around 172cm), of a thin build with short ginger hair. He also has a tattoo on the side of his neck with the words ‘BORN 1978’ and a tattoo of angel wings on his back.
