Five people injured after multi-vehicle crash near Stowmarket

Police are looking for witnesses after a five vehicle crash in Stowupland, near Stowmarket.

Emergency services were called at around 12.40pm on Sunday 5 November, to reports of a collision on the A14 Eastbound.

The Fire Services and Ambulance, including air ambulance, services were also in attendance.

A total of five people were injured, three seriously. Two have been taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, with the remaining person taken to hospital in Ipswich.

The road was closed on the A14 Eastbound at the A1120 junction for some time after the incident, but it's since reopened.

Anyone with dash-cam footage is urged to come forward.
