Silver stolen in Haughley

Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary that took place in Haughley.

It happened at some point between Friday 27 March and Tuesday 30 March at a property on Duke Street.

A tidy search of the property had taken place with various items taken including, amongst others, a barometer, a silver candle stick, silver bowls, a silver figurine and a silver match box.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during the dates stated or knows who was responsible should contact Bury St Edmunds CID, quoting crime reference: 37/15774/21
