Man dies after serious crash at Blythburgh

A man has died after a serious road traffic collision at Blythburgh last night.

Emergency services were called at just before 7.30pm yesterday (Thur 25 May) to a report of a two vehicle RTC on the A12, involving a motorbike and a van.

The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 20s, died at the scene.

The road has been closed in both directions to allow officers to conduct initial investigations into the cause.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Suffolk police quoting CAD number 387 of 25 May 2023.
