Prince of Wales visits staff at Ipswich Hospital

The Prince of Wales has shared cake with Suffolk's NHS staff and paramedics on a surprise visit to Ipswich Hospital.

His Royal Highness made an 'informal ' visit last Friday and has been pictured with local medics, even taking the time to share specially-made cupcakes with staff.

William has experience working on the frontline of NHS healthcare, having served as a full-time pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance for two years from 2015.
