Police issue appeal after 'large amount' of cigarettes stolen from Rickinghall shop
It's thought three people broke in via a back door
Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary in Rickinghall, which saw a large amount of cigarettes stolen.
It happened at the Co-Op on the Street, some time between 1am and 3am on Thursday (18th May).
Officers believe three people are involved - they broke into the store via a back door, damaging shutters in the store too.
Police say all were wearing dark clothing, one had a light coloured backpack and wore a white face covering; a second wore a light coloured hood and was carrying a crowbar and wore a mask and the third wore a camouflage design hood and a white face covering.
All three appeared to be carrying bed sheets or duvet covers to make off with the stolen property.
