Police appeal as prisoner absconds in Suffolk

Police are appealing for help to trace a prisoner from Hollesley Bay in Suffolk who has absconded.

42-year-old Wayne Campbell was reported as missing to officers at 7.30pm on Saturday 17 February. Suffolk Police say that Wayne had been on temporary release licence, but failed to return.

He is described as black, 6ft2inches tall, of a heavy build with black hair. Campbell has a Playboy tattoo on upper left arm and a cross on his right arm.

He also has connections to the London area.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Police on the 101 line.

Members of the public should not approach Wayne Campbell.
