Police appeal after van driver assaulted in Felixstowe

Officers think it was an incident of road rage

Police are appealing for information after a van driver was assaulted in Felixstowe.

It happened at around 1:25pm yesterday (June 15) on Ferry Lane, towards Wesel Avenue.

The van driver was involved in a altercation with a motorcylist after stopping abruptly at the junction.

He was punched in the face and had his glasses broken.

Officers are appealing for witnesses, or anyone who captured dashcam footage, to come forward.
