Police are looking for witnesses after a serious assault in Ipswich last month.

It happened on Friday June 24 in the car park to the side of B&M at the Copdock interchange.

A man in his 30s was grabbed by four other men and punched and slashed with a bladed weapon at around 10:50am.

All of the men involved were wearing blue surgical masks.

The victim believes an elderly man and woman in a white car may have witness the attack, with Suffolk Police now trying to trace the pair.
