Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after a hit and run crash on the A14 at Woolpit.

It happened on July 18 at around 4:15pm on the eastbound carriageway between junctions 46 and 47.

A silver Audi TT was in a collision with a blue Volvo S40, with the Volvo leaving the raod.

Nobody was injured and the Audi sped through the roadworks, hitting a number of cones before leaving the A14 at junction 47.

It's believed the bonnet of the car was up at the time and the vehicle had two flat tyres.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage is being urged to contact Suffolk Police.
