Police are looking for witnesses after a boy was chased by a man after leaving a Lowestoft primary school last week.

It happened as he cycled home from Woods Loke Primary School in Butley Drive between 3:15pm and 4:15pm on Thursday (February 10).

The boy refused an offer of sweets from an unknown man, who then followed him as he tried to get away.

Officers are looking for a man described as white, with fair hair and around 6ft tall.

He was wearing a black coat, green jumper and blue jeans. He's believed to have been driving a small white or grey VW van.
