Peacocks stolen in Long Melford

They were snatched last week

Police are appealing for witnesses or information following the theft of two peacocks in Long Melford.

The incident occurred at some point between 7pm on Wednesday 27 January and 8am on Friday 29 January, from an enclosure in the garden of a property in Stanstead Road.

The birds, one male and one female, were both approximately nine-months-old.
