Michael Ball and Alfie Boe to headline Newmarket Nights
The multi-million-selling pair will headline the final evening of the Newmarket Nights concert series on Friday 15th August
Michael Ball and Alfie Boe will be performing in Suffolk this summer.
The multi-million-selling pair will headline the final evening of the Newmarket Nights concert series on Friday 15th August.
At the end of last year Ball & Boe released their sixth studio album, Together At Home, their hymn to the people and places that mean the most to them – and to their army of fans.
It followed the success of the duo’s previous five duet albums by rocketing to the top of the UK charts and becoming their fourth No.1 album.
To mark their 10th year making music together, the duo is currently on a 12-date marathon arena tour bringing the Together At Home album to life.
Sophie Able, Newmarket Racecourses and International Director, said: “With their undeniable charisma and extraordinary vocals, Ball & Boe are sure to captivate the Newmarket audience - we can’t wait to welcome them this August!
"This summer’s lineup has truly an artist for every musical taste and generation. We encourage fans to secure their tickets now to avoid missing out!"
Ball & Boe said: “Performing live is what we live and breathe, whether that’s in the West End, or a glorious Summer’s Day at Newmarket!
"We start our arena tour this weekend so to have Newmarket Nights to look forward to in August is very exciting. We can’t wait to head back out on the road together and to see you all very soon.”
They join a stacked line-up which includes the likes of Richard Ashcroft, Sugababes and Tom Jones.
