New mental health podcast launched in Norfolk and Suffolk
It's called Mental Health and You
A new mental health podcast has been launched by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
The podcast, called Mental Health and You, aims to teach anyone, not just those struggling, about mental health.
The first podcast, hosted by UEA professor Richard Meiser-Stedman explores hat trauma is and how post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) affects children.
It's due to be released once a fortnight.
