A new date has been set for the Ipswich Half Marathon, after it was postponed last weekend due to the death of the Queen.

The event will now take place on October 23. All entries into the race have automatically been moved to the new date.

The race will start and finish at Portman Road, with the runners heading down Duke Street, through Ipswich Waterfront and then along a route including Wherstead Road and Grafton Way.

It will be the first event hosted by charity Run For All in the county of Suffolk.
