Ipswich Town has confirmed its continuing with upgrade work to Portman Road over the coming months.

New LED lighting is to be installed in concourse areas, while the toilets are set to get an upgrade with brand new hand dryers.

An upgrade to the concourse TV system is already underway, with a repainting project due to commence following the end of the 2022/23 League One season.

It comes as part of a wider series of improvments which started in the summer of 2021.

A new pitch surface is due to be installed in the summer, along with a state of the art new drainage system.

There have been major changes to the south east corner of the stadium, with new dugouts built in front of the West Stand.
