Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was threatened with a knife at a set of roadworks in Beccles earlier this month.

It happened between 9:05pm and 9:15pm on April 6, on the A146 close to the Worlingham roundabout.

A motorist, who was angry with a man working on the site, is alleged to have brandished a knife at him and made threats.

Officers are now trying to trace a red and black Renault Captur Iconic.

Anyone who saw what happened or who has dashcam footage taken in the area at the time is being urged to contact police.
