A man living underground in Suffolk has been moved on, after living in a hole for over 3 years.

In February 2019 he was living in a tent in the woodland off the A14 in the Haughley and Stowmarket area.

This week Suffolk Police moved him on, a decision they say they made to prevent ASB & criminal activity.

The hole has been filled, the land cleared and the woodland has now been returned to public use,

A video of the filling process was posted on the Stowmarket police Twitter account.
