A 34-year-old man from Suffolk has been charged with rape following an incident in Norfolk.
An incident was reported to police as having taken place on Sunday 22 September 2024 in Norwich.
Following inquiries a man was arrested on Saturday 28 September 2024 and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Scott Jackson, aged 34, of Wattisfield Road, Walsham-Willows, Bury St Edmunds has been charged with the rape of a female over the age of 16.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrate’s Court on Monday 30 September 2024 where he was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on 28 October 2024.
