Man charged after assault at Stowmarket nightclub
The victim was left with serious injuries after being attacked on Station Road East last month

A man has been charged with assault after a man was seriously injured outside of a nightclub in Stowmarket.
The incident happened outside the Carbon Nightclub in Station Road East at around 11:10pm on December 18.
Police were called to reports a man had been left unconscious. The victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to Ipswich Hospital with serious injuries to his head and face.
25 year old Shane Wilson, of Chalk Hill Lane in Great Blakenham was arrested yesterday (January 12) and charged with malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He appeared before Ipswich Magistrates' Court today.
