Man arrested after machete attack on 16 year old in Ipswich
The victim was taken to Ipswich Hopsital with arm injuries
A man has been arrested and bailed after a 16 year old boy was attacked with a machete in Ipswich.
It happened in the Newnham Court area at around 6pm last Wednesday (23 March).
The victim was taken to Ipswich Hopsital and was later transferred to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital with injuries to his arm.
A man in his 40s was arrested on Saturday (March 26) and was questioned in Great Yarmouth
He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Police are still appealing for witnesses.
