An Ipswich man has been jailed for three years after admitting to being involved in the supply of Class A drugs in the town.

35 year old Francis Snell, of Montgomery Road, was arrested February 22 in connection with unrelated offences.

When police searched his phone they found he'd been using it to advertise drugs for sale over a period of around 6 months, between between October 2022 and February 2023.

Snell admitted to being concerned in the supply of cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin at Ipswich Crown Court.

He also pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of Class C drugs.
