Ipswich to face Maidstone United in FA Cup fourth round

Ipswich will face sixth tier side Maidstone United in the FA Cup fourth round.

The Blues booked their place in the next round with a 3-1 victory at AFC Wimbledon on Saturday, setting up a fourth-round tie at Portman Road.

Maidstone, who play in the National League South. are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, having beaten Stevenage 1-nil on Saturday.

The tie will be played over the weekend of Saturday 27th January and Sunday 28th January.

This means the Tractor Boys' Championship game against Rotherham United has been rearranged and will now take place on Tuesday 20th February.

The rescheduled game will kick off at 7.45pm, coming between Town’s visit to Swansea on 17 February and a home game with Birmingham City on 24 February.
