Two men from London have been jailed for their part in a cannabis farm in Ipswich.

It comes after police stopped a vehicle in Dunlop Road, Ipswich on 14th February.

Intelligence officers gathered from the stop then linked a passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Aleksander Gjoni, with an address in Cullingham Road in the town.

Officers later saw another man visit the address and put filled bin bags into his vehicle.

When the vehicle was later stopped, police found the bags contained numerous cannabis plants.

They arrested the driver, 31-year-old Nikolin Marku.

The force then searched the Cullingham Road property, and found a cannabis farm.

Gjoni was arrested at the property.
