The funeral

A service is being held at St Mary's Church on High Street Haverhill at midday.

Only those who have received personal invites will be allowed to enter the church to see the service.

However, for anyone wishing to pay their respects, the service is being broadcast in the Market Square.

In a joint statement, the family and Suffolk Police said: "Mourners are welcome to follow the procession after the funeral to the cemetery, but the burial will be for close family members only.

"The family have also asked kindly if people are planning to bring anything, that they only bring flowers."
