Flood alerts issued for areas in Suffolk
The warnings were issued this morning (Saturday)
Two areas in Suffolk have been issued with flood alerts, due to the impact of Storm Arwen.
The locations are:
-The tidal River Waveney from Ellingham to Breydon Water
-The tidal River Yare from Thorpe St Andrew to Breydon Water
The Government website states:
'Some minor flooding to riverside roads and footpaths is possible through this afternoon and evening, Saturday (27th November). Water levels are likely to remain higher than usual for the next few days.'
