Firefighters tackle large field fire near Boxford
Fire crews were called to a blaze near Groton earlier
Dozens of firefighters have been tackling a large blaze in a field near Boxford.
Flames broke out at Daisy Green in Groton before 2pm.
At the height of the blaze, fire covered an area of between 1 and 2 square miles.
10 appliances were called to the scene, the fire crews using hose reel jets and beaters to tackle flames.
Firefighters are now damping down, with the fire put out by 3:45pm.
