Fire breaks out at industrial unit in Pakefield

Suffolk Fire and Rescue are expecting to remain on the scene of a fire in the Pakefield area for a significant part of the day.

The fire service were called out late last night (8 June) to the blaze at an industrial unit.

Residents nearby are being advised to keep windows and doors closed due to ongoing smoke in the area, particularly around the Lowestoft South Industrial Estate.
