East Bergholt man arrested on suspicion of drug driving and burglary
He was stopped near Colchester yesterday
A man from East Bergholt’s been arrested on suspicion of drug driving and aggravated burglary.
Officers from Essex Police's Operational Support Group (OSG) stopped a vehicle in Ardleigh, near Colchester, shortly after 11.05pm yesterday (Sunday 7 April) which was linked to an earlier burglary in Suffolk.
They arrested a 40 year-old man on suspicion of aggravated burglary, drug driving, and failing to provide a sample.
They tell us he's currently being held in custody.
