Suffolk police launch appeal after dog and its owner injured in dog attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a dog and its owner were attacked by another dog in Carlton Colville.

It happened near the Carlton Marshes Visitor Centre on Sunday 13th August some time between 12.40pm and 12.45pm.

A small grey Staffy-type dog, which was not on a lead, injured the other animal and when the pet owner tried to separate them he was scratched on the arms, causing minor cuts.

Two women were with the Staffy-type dog.

One is described as being in her 60s or early 70s, with short grey hair, the other in her 30s had long dark hair.
