Cyclist suffers potentially life-threatening injuries following collision with car in Holton
Bungay Road remains closed for collision investigation work
Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Holton which has left a cyclist with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Officers were called to Bungay Road shortly before 7:20am this morning, following reports of a collision involving a car and a bicycle.
The cyclist, a man aged in his 20s, sustained serious injuries which are considered potentially life-threatening.
He was initially taken to Norfolk and Norwich Hospital by land ambulance, before being airlifted to Addenbrookes’ Hospital for treatment.
Bungay Road remains closed for collision investigation work.
