Public asked to help improve cycling and walking in East Suffolk

East Suffolk Council says they are in the early stages of preparing a Cycling and Walking Strategy.

The strategy would aim to make both modes of transport more convenient and more desirable, whether that be for work, school or leisure.

As part of the consultation, the authority is asking the public to highlight matters they think could be improved within the current cycling and walking infrastructure.

They are also looking for suggestions that might encourage people to change the way they get around the district, which would benefit the environment and their own health.
