Police appeal after chair stolen from church in Cransford, near Framlingham

Local communities living in and around Cransford near Framlingham, Suffolk, are being advised by police to remain vigilant of any suspicious activity around churches.

The advice comes after a Mendlesham Priest Chair was stolen from St Peter’s Church in The Street between 8 am on Friday 9th June and the evening of Saturday 10th June.

There were signs of entry at the church and the chair was stolen from the inside.

Anyone who may have any information should contact Suffolk Police.
