Appeal after woman conned into handing over cash by fraudsters in Sudbury
The woman was a victim of so called 'courier fraud'
Police are appealing for information after a woman was conned into handing over large amounts of cash to fraudsters in Sudbury.
The woman, from Long Melford, handed an envelope containing cash to a fake couriter in the car park of the McDonald's on the Chilton industrial estate.
It happened on two occasions - at around 12:45pm on 7 June and at around 3:30pm on June 8.
Officers are calling for witnesses or anyone who captured dashcam footage to come forward.
