She told us despite having competed multiple times before, she still gets nervous. "I always work myself up the night before... but then I wake up... break it down a bit... then the day just comes and goes."

She has been training ahead of the Championships and told us it is "going well" despite a slight setback.

We asked her what she would say to anyone who might be thinking about getting involved in the sport she told us to "just go for it" and that she wouldn't have gotten into the sport if others hadn't encouraged her to "give it a go."

"If it weren't for my parents, I wouldn't do it... but I'm glad they did (encourage me) because now I'll get to represent Great Britain Team GB and get to travel the world."
