Meet our paw-some Underdog Bruno! 🐾

Ken’s on a mission to help dogs find their forever homes with Dogs Trust

Author: Web Editor

Ken Bruce has officially become the PupMaster as part of our partnership with Dogs Trust.

Thousands of people contact Dogs Trust about giving up their dogs every month – and some of these dogs take a little longer to find their new home; the charity affectionately calls them their Underdogs.

Ken’s been shining a light on some of the Underdogs that are available for adoption and helping these paw-some pups find their forever families.

Introducing Bruno

Bruno is a wonderful Pug x Terrier cross who's had a bit of a bumpy start to life! He's looking for a patient family who can help him settle into his forever home, as it might take him a while to relax after having so much change in his little life so far. A family interested in training would be ideal to help him settle into his new home and learn the basics!

Little Bruno has so much potential and the Dogs Trust training and behaviour team will be on hand to offer advice to help Bruno thrive in his new home.

All about Bruno

Q: How old is Bruno?

The experts at Dogs Trust think Bruno is between one and two years old.

Q: How long has Bruno been with Dogs Trust?

Bruno has been with Dogs Trust for just over three months.

Q: Can Bruno live with children?

Bruno would be happy to live with secondary school aged children.

Q: Does Bruno get on with other pups?

Bruno is a bit worried by other dogs so will need a secure garden of his own to play in while he continues his training to enable him to enjoy walks safely outside of the home. He would need to be the only doggo in the household.

Q: What's Bruno's favourite toy or game?

Bruno is happy with the classics; a game of tug, soft toys and tennis balls!

Q: What would Bruno's Greatest Hit be?

Bruno's pals at Dogs Trust think his song would be The Proclaimers - I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) - because he's going to be the dog who goes along with you!

Q: Does Bruno need much outdoor space?

Although he's only got little legs, Bruno needs a secure, decent size garden to exercise in until he is comfortable being out and about for longer periods of time.

Q: What should I do if I’m interested in adopting Bruno?

Bruno is based at the Dogs Trust centre in Snetterton, Norfolk. You can find out more about rehoming him here.
