Police appeal after M6 crash leaves man with serious injuries
Police are investigating after a crash on the M6 in Staffordshire left a man with serious injuries.
Emergency services were called to the southbound carriageway, between junctions 15 and 16 yesterday.
A crash had taken place at around 11.40am involving a silver Ford Transit van, a red Vauxhall Corsa and a grey Ford Puma.
The driver and passengers of the Vauxhall Corsa were taken to hospital by paramedics.
The driver of the Corsa, a man in his 40s, remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
A woman and a child, from the Corsa, suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
The carriageway was closed for a time whilst emergency crews dealt with the collision.
Officers want anyone who saw anything to contact them on 101, quoting incident 257 of 12 February.
