Man dies after being found lying on floor outside Stoke-on-Trent pub
It's believed the man had been riding a scooter
Police are appealing for information following an incident in Dividy Road, Bentilee, at around 7.20pm yesterday (July 8).
A man in his 70s was given first aid and an ambulance called after he was found lying on the ground near to the Trent Tavern pub.
He was taken to hospital and died a short time afterwards.
It is believed the man was riding a scooter, but the circumstances around the man’s death are not yet understood.
His family are being supported by officers.
