Man charged with house fire murder in Stoke
Valentina Cozma died last week
Detectives investigating the murder of Valentina Cozma have charged a man with murder.
Georgian Constantin, 42, of Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with Valentina’s murder.
He is also accused of making threats to kill.
Valentina, aged 40, died following a fire at her home on Campbell Road, Stoke, around 3pm on Thursday 9 February.
Constantin is due to appear before a magistrate at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre later today (Thursday 16 February).
