Staffordshire Police are appealing for information following a non-stop collision in Hanley

Just before 7am on Friday (9 February), emergency services were called to Franklyn Street in Hanley, following reports that a white or silver van had collided with a nursery.

Fortunately, nobody was injured. However, the driver did not stay at the scene.

Officers are reviewing CCTV footage of the surrounding areas as part of our ongoing enquiries. We think, at this stage, the van was a Mercedes.

Anybody who witnessed the collision, or has any CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage that may assist enquiries is being urged to get in touch.
