A man has appeared in court charged with manslaughter following the death of a woman.
Clare Bell, 42, was sadly found deceased at an address in Church Street, Audley, on 9 August 2020.
Mark Lee Clowes, 51, of Church Street, Audley, has been charged with manslaughter.
He appeared before magistrates at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre this morning (Tuesday 1 March).
Clowes is due to appear at Stafford Crown Court on 4 April.
