Man seriously injured after hit-and-run in Cannock
Police are searching for the driver of the car
A man has potentially life-changing injuries after a hit-and-run in Cannock.
Emergency services say they were called to Cannock Road in Chadsmoor on Friday evening (9th January) to reports that a man had been hit by a car.
Officers say the car had been travelling in the direction of Starbucks in Hednesford.
It's being described as being a small, black, hatchback-type vehicle.
The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries.
Officers are now appealing for the driver, or anyone who witnessed the incident, to contact the, by calling 101 and quoting incident number 717 of 9 January.
