Arrests after water sprinkler deliberately set off at Hanley block of flats

Two men have been charged

Emergency services were called to St Luke’s Court, off Well Street in Hanley, on Thursday (27 October) following reports of criminal damage.

Two men were arrested yesterday (Sunday 30 October) following the incident.

Dylan Lee Hall, aged 25, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage and two counts of possession of a bladed article in a public place.

Neil James Stockton, aged 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage. Both have appeared before North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
