80-year-old Woman in hospital after being hit by a car in Cheadle
Police are appealing for information after the incident on Saturday
Staffordshire Police ere appealing for information after an 80-year-old woman was hit by a car in Cheadle.
Emergency services rushed to to Tean Road just before 3pm on Saturday (6 January) with and found a black Volkswagen Polo and a woman, in her 80s, involved in a collision.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment and remains in a critical but stable condition.
The driver of the Polo stayed at the scene to help officer with inquiries.
Anyone who saw what happened or those with CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time are asked to get in touch with police.
