A yellow weather warning for South Yorkshire has been issued

Earlier this week, a separate yellow weather warning for wind, caused disruption in Sheffield, including blowing off the roof of a block of flats.

The Met Office who issued the warning, said it started at 8 am today, (24 December) and is due to end at 10 pm.

So, what can we expect? The Met Office said: 'There is a slight chance of some damage to buildings, such as tiles blown from roofs, and some branches and trees may be damaged or brought down'.

There's also chance of power cuts, which parts of South Yorkshire experienced earlier in the week, due to storm Pia.

They also reminding people there could be flying debris around.
