Iconic charity fundraiser Michael Cullen will be arriving at Sheffield Wednesday's Hillsborough Stadium later today-in just his speedos-as he continues his trek across the UK.

The 56-year-old is attempting to walk 2,500 miles before Christmas-with every penny he raises being used to help people from disadvantaged communities and causes which support mental health.

'Speedo Mick'-who's from Liverpool-has around 400 miles left.

He admits the challenge has got tougher as the weather's got colder:

"What keeps my spirits up is all the encouragement I get from the public.

"Those people who go past in their cars and beep me when it's freezing cold-and raining- make all the difference.

"I get drinks brought out to me, some people walk along with me for a little while, and without those people, I might not have made it this far.

"I'm absolutely exhausted at the moment, and every single day is just a massive struggle for me.

"I honestly can't say where I'm finding the energy from to keep going, but I am finding it somehow.

"If anybody does want to get involved, what you can do is just come and say hello, give us a wave or give us a smile. Never underestimate the power of a smile!"

Mick's currently just £3,000 away from his target of £100,000.
