Sheffield man jailed for shoplifting and drugs offences

He'll spend five months behind bars

A Sheffield man has been handed a five month prison sentence for shoplifting and drugs offences.

Luke Thistlethwaite, 43, of no fixed abode, was arrested after causing £500 worth of damage to a premises in Sheffield City Centre.

He also stole several items from H&M and The Card Factory on The Moor, worth around £340.

He was also found to be in possession of pregabalin and spice.

Thistlethwaite was charged with shoplifting, burglary, criminal damage, possession of Class C drugs, and possession of Class B drugs.
