It comes after a fight involving two men at around 6pm on September 6, outside the Jerusalem Cafe on Spital Hill.

It's alleged one of the men involved pulled a knife on the other, after punching him.

The man ultimately dropped the blade and fled the scene.

A man is being sought who is described as aged between 20-30 years old, 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build, with short black hair.

He also has a distinctive stencil tattoo on his left hand.
